Annual Forest Collaborative Workshop

Do you have a passion for public lands? Do you want to help expand forest restoration efforts on National Forests in Montana and Idaho? If so, this is the workshop for you.

Join us for the Annual Forest Collaborative Workshop, a two-day event featuring keynote speakers, collaborative discussions, and opportunities to engage with leaders in forest restoration and land management across the Intermountain West. The workshop welcomes members of the public interested in learning more about forest collaboratives, current undergraduate and graduate students, collaborative group participants, industry partners, and state and federal land managers from across Idaho and Montana. Together, the event explores the challenges, innovations, and opportunities shaping the future of National Forest management and collaborative restoration.

Scholarship Support

Currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to attend and are offered complimentary registration. Scholarships are also available for student travel cost, collaborative groups and partners through the Lavin Collaboration Fund.

  • Watershed Sponsor ($1,500): Premier logo placement on all marketing materials, admission for four attendees to the full event, and an opportunity to address the audience during the workshop.
  • Landscape Sponsor ($1,000): Prominent logo placement on marketing materials and registration documents, plus admission for three attendees to the full event.
  • Forest Sponsor ($500): Logo placement on marketing materials and admission for two attendees to the full event.
